I. General provisions

3. Live Shape Srl, with registered office in Via della Moscova 40/4 - 20121 - Milan, is the sole and legitimate owner of the Service, of the software associated with it and of all inherent exploitation rights.

4. Live Shape Srl will be able to unilaterally make changes to these General Conditions at any time via notices published online. II. Rules for viewing adverts

9. Live Shape Srl offers a service for publishing and consulting advertisements on the Internet.

Live Shape Srl is not responsible for the provenance and truthfulness of advertisements as well as of their content and the actual existence of what is advertised in the advertisements, these responsibilities remaining exclusively for the user who placed the advert. Searching for information in the service and viewing ads is easy. carried out through automatic procedures, and, therefore, Live Shape Srl declines any responsibility regarding the content, accuracy, truthfulness and compliance with the rules contained in these General Conditions. Live Shape Srl reserves the right, however, to take legal action to protect its rights in this regard.

14. The Advertiser must provide Live Shape Srl with all the mandatory data requested during the Registration phase for the Service, also undertaking to to keep them updated and guarantee their truthfulness, completeness and precision. All information provided upon registration will be included in the registration data ("Registration Data"). All Advertiser registration data will be processed and used by Live Shape Srl in compliance with the confidentiality and security rules established by law, as well as as indicated in the Privacy Policy.

18. The Advertiser acknowledges and accepts that the use of the Service is reserved for both private individuals and individuals who use it for purposes relating to the business possibly carried out by them (dealers, retailers, professional operators, etc.).

19. In the event of the Advertiser's failure to fulfill one of the obligations described above or if the Advertiser's conduct does not comply with the provisions herein, Live Shape Srl reserves the right to suspend and/or interrupt the Service, as well as refuse any and all future requests by the Advertiser to use the same. Live Shape Srl, however, reserves the right to take appropriate judicial initiatives in both civil and criminal matters to protect its rights and the rights of third parties.

20. Live Shape Srl reserves the right to to check, modify and cancel, in whole or in part, the content or form of the advertisements when he believes in his judgment and in good faith that they contravene what is established in the General Conditions, or to fulfill regulatory obligations or to adapt them to a provision of the Authority Judicial or other authority qualified. 23. 26. In the event that the Advertiser is a natural person who acts for purposes not related to the activity professional carried out by him, these General Conditions and the Service are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 05.22.1999. The Advertiser expressly consents to the use of e-mail as a means of remote communication. The Advertiser accepts that pursuant to article 4 of Legislative Decree 185/99, written confirmation of the information contained in these conditions is made by e-mail and undertakes to download, print and keep them.

27. The relationships between Live Shape Srl and the Users are governed by Italian law, on the basis of which these General Conditions must also be interpreted. Except as provided by non-derogable legal provisions, the Court of Milan will be exclusively competent to resolve any dispute regarding these General Conditions and the relationships regulated by them.
